You hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Indemnified Parties against any losses, damages, liability, claims or costs of whatsoever nature, whether compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise, incurred by the Indemnified Parties arising from or in any way related to (i) to (xii) above.

Mahoua Resort reserves the right to defend and control any claims arising from the preceding information, and you agree to co-operate fully with Mahoua Resort in any such defences.
